The room was super clean, the staff was so kind and helpful, and the rooftop deck is adorable! It was surprisingly quiet, and I liked how the neighborhood felt more residential than touristy.

The location was great! I could walk to Times Square and other places that I visited. The property was clean, and the staff were nice, polite, and friendly. The light bulbs in the room and bathroom were dimmable and good for sleeping time. The street view through the window was beautiful. I stayed on the 14th floor and had a nice view during the night. I have attached the picture. It was a specific place under the bed to put my stuff and luggage. I liked it.

Whoever designed this hotel thought it through very carefully. Everything worked very well. The bed was comfortable. My room was surprisingly quiet, even though it was next to the lifts. Despite the small size, there were clever options for storage. Pod 39 is extremely well located for Midtown Manhattan. The complementary tea and coffee in the mornings was a blessing and saved going out to find one straight away, although there are lots of options close by.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Grand Central Station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. I appreciated the complimentary coffee provided in the mornings, and the option to purchase pastries or bagels was a nice touch. The common area for breakfast was cozy and a great place to start the day. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent – from the service to the amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in New York City!

- Excellent location - Helpful staff - Clean and quiet room (as much as a hotel room in Midtown Manhattan can be quiet). Clean meant really clean. - Appreciated the free tea/coffee in the mornings - All in all a good value for your money

Great location in midtown Manhattan, near subway stops at the Grand Central, very modern hotel spaces, decent clean room, free coffee in the morning at the restaurant and water too, that was very helpful. Accommodating staff, maps and info for events and sightseeing at the lobby. we would pleasantly book our next stay there when we visit NY again

The room was small but very functional and had everything I needed during my stay. It's my second time staying at Pod39 because I like it so much. Staff was very friendly and switched me to a more quiet room. Both rooms that I had stayed this and last time were surprisingly quiet given the central location. You still hear a little bit of noise like ambulance but that's pretty much everywhere in Manhattan. Wifi was great, shower was hot. Has hairdryer. Also like the rooftop bar. A nice free perk the hotel added this year was free continental breakfast - it was a small selection of pastries, bagels, granola and fruit cups but I think that's a great perk.
