The hotel is very well located in Manhattan close to train stations and main attractions. The hotel staff is very efficient and friendly. No long queues at reception desk was a blessing. The room was small but enough for a single user like me. The bed was comfortable with plenty of nice pillows. There were other facilities like gym (free to use) and breakfast to purchase but I did not use those.

I loved coming back each day to our room perfectly cleaned. Even the trash was emptied every morning, no matter how little there was. We also enjoyed the view (we were on the 15th floor), which made a difference since the room itself was very small. One evening, we came back late with food from Wendy’s, and the staff was chill about us eating it in the lobby bar/restaurant without having to order anything there. In general, the staff were always friendly and helpful, both at reception and in housekeeping. The rooftop was another highlight. It was super cool and cozy. We didn’t book any rooftop restaurant or bar elsewhere, so I felt lucky that we experienced that right at the hotel. And of course, the biggest advantage was the location. While we still took the metro most days, the station was just a few minutes’ walk from the Pod. Plus, we could easily walk to the Empire State Building, Times Square, Broadway, etc.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel, thanks in large part to the professionalism and care of the staff. From start to finish, the service was thoughtful and attentive, and I truly appreciated the room upgrade that made my stay even more comfortable. I want to emphasize the outstanding service provided by Jenaé. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, and her professionalism, kindness, and understanding made all the difference. Jenaé truly sets the standard for excellent hospitality and made my stay such a memorable one, and I am deeply grateful for her dedication. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a great location, it is close to the Grand Terminal Station and it is at a walkable distance from Times Square, Bryant Park, The Rockefeller Center, among others. It's close to plenty of restaurants as well. Everything in the room was thoroughly cleaned when we needed.

The room might be small, but it’s honestly everything you need if you plan to enjoy NYC to the most and only need a comfortable place to shower and sleep! The bed was super comfortable, the room was very clean, the shower was great, and the staff was amazing! The hotel has a super cute rooftop, and there is a wonderful Italian restaurant and bar “connected” that serves some great pasta with huge portions. The front-desk staff is super helpful, friendly, kind, and accommodating. They even have some free tours available that sound really cool. It is honestly everything you need to get a good night of rest, a warm cozy shower, and be prepared to enjoy another day exploring New York!
